Qualifications :
You will be:
- A seasoned leader with 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations across 5star and 4star hotels as well as premium dining environments bringing a strong foundation in highend service standards and operational excellence
- Qualified with a Bachelors degree in Hotel & Tourism holding both an LCQ (Licence Controller Qualification) and a valid Managers Certificate
- Proven in management roles within both hotel and restaurant settings demonstrating the ability to lead diverse teams drive performance and maintain a consistent focus on guest satisfaction
- Passionate about the hospitality industry creating a positive and growthoriented workplace where team members are encouraged to thrive and develop their potential
- Skilled in budgeting cost control and revenue management with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of achieving financial targets while upholding service quality
- Proficient in industrystandard systems including Micros Oracle SmartRecruiters TrustYou Purchase Plus ResDiary Zambion and Microsoft Office ensuring efficient and accurate operational execution
- Confident in coordinating and overseeing administrative processes contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of all Food & Beverage functions
