Your mission
As the Head of Culture and Leadership you develop and implement strategies to enhance company culture and employee engagement. You collaborate with senior leadership to align culture and leadership practices with business goals. Your role involves conducting training and development programs focused on leadership skills and cultural competency. You monitor and assess the effectiveness of culture and leadership initiatives making adjustments as needed.
Additionally you serve as a mentor and coach to leaders across the organization providing guidance on best practices. Facilitating open communication and feedback channels between employees and management and organizing events and activities that foster team building and a positive work environment are key aspects of your role.
Your profile
To be successful in this role you should have a bachelors degree in human resources organizational development business administration or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You have the ability to influence and inspire others along with experience in designing and delivering training programs. Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the impact of initiatives are crucial. Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities also help you thrive in this position.
