Summary of Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead strategic CRM initiatives focused on enhancing our sales processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This role demands deep expertise in sales process design CRM systems and stakeholder engagement. You will own the product backlog drive the roadmap and collaborate across functions to ensure that CRM enhancements align with key business goals and deliver measurable value.
Essential Responsibilities:
Own and manage theCRM product backlog ensuring alignment with sales and business priorities.
Write prioritize and refinehighquality user stories acceptance criteria and process workflows.
Lead discussions with sales leadership and frontline teams to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
Partner with developers QA and business analysts to deliver scalable userfriendly CRM enhancements.
GuideUAT and release readiness ensuring business adoption and smooth deployment.
Analyze postrelease results and iterate on features to continually optimize the sales process.
Contribute toCRM roadmap development identifying opportunities for innovation automation and integration.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
58 years of experiencein Product Ownership or Business Analysis with a focus onDynamics 365 CRM and sales operations.
Deep understanding ofB2B/B2C sales processes pipeline management forecasting and reporting.
Proven success in owning and deliveringcomplex CRM featuresendtoend.
Strong command ofAgile practices with handson experience in backlog management and crossfunctional team leadership.
Excellent stakeholder management communication and decisionmaking skills.
Experience working withPower Platform Power Automate or Power BIis a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience integrating CRM with other platforms (e.g. CLM ERP CPQ).
Strong familiarity withchange management and user adoption strategies.
Expected Salary Range
$119300.00 $225900.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications experience and location.
