Key Responsibilities:
Territory Coverage: Support a multi-state territory centered in Chicago covering acute care hospitals and health systems.
Call Points: Wound Care Critical Care Units (ICU/NICU) Infection Prevention Quality Risk Management Operating Room Supply Chain and Materials Management.
Sales Training & Execution: Learn the full sales process from prospecting to closing under the guidance of seasoned sales leaders.
Account Management: Maintain and grow existing business through relationship-building service and product support.
New Business Development: Identify opportunities and open new accounts with a solutions-oriented value-driven approach.
Product Focus: Disposable products designed to prevent hospital-acquired infections and improve patient outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders across sales marketing logistics and clinical to deliver value-based outcomes to customers.
