This position will work around 28 hours/week. Ideal hours would be 93 MondayFriday but some flexibility is possible. Associate woudl occasionally be asked to work more hours on weeks their teammates have time off.
Summary: Performs administrative duties for the Senior Investment Executive Investment Executive OSJ Operations Manager or Administrative Assistant Level II.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide telephone coverage which includes communication with clients to determine purpose of the call.
2. Answer client questions and assist with their needs without an Officer present taking ownership and responsibility for completion of service related issues within compliance of nonlicensed position
3. Prepare written correspondence to clients and submit to OSJ for approval
4. Order and maintain office supplies and literature
5. Use NuPoint for referral tracking. Keep track of monthly sales.
6. Greet and assist walkin clients at the Investment Center.
7. Prepare new account folders and client information.
8. Data entry and file maintenance. Ensure recording keeping compliance.
9. Secretarial support.
10. Help implement marketing campaigns
11. Check all daily paperwork for completeness and accuracy before submission.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Detail oriented
Strong organizational skills
Strong client service skills particularly over the phone
Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Administrative experience in the investment field is preferred
Banking/teller experience desired
Interview Pay Level 5
