As a Customer Success Specialist you will:
- Assist in delivering value to customers by helping them understand and maximize their investment in Acqueon.
- Support customer adoption and satisfaction efforts to drive positive customer experiences.
- Work closely with senior team members to manage customer relationships and ensure retention.
- Help prepare and update strategic account plans under the guidance of experienced team members/ mentors.
- Engage with customers globally to assist with onboarding and ongoing product usage.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers answering basic technical questions and escalating complex issues to senior team members.
- Provide consulting guidance to customers to help them realize business value through Acqueons products.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategies and roadmaps for product and license expansion as well as improve adoption.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Sales Product and Support to resolve customer concerns.
- Assist in tracking customer health metrics and identifying trends to improve customer engagement.
- Contribute to team efforts by researching best practices and supporting process improvements.
- Continuously learn about Acqueons platform industry trends and customer needs.
As a Customer Success Specialist in Acqueon you will need:
- Bachelors degreein business communications marketing data analytics or a related field.
- Experience working in or with healthcare or healthcare related fields.
- 3 to 5 years experience in CS or account management.
- 2 years working in tech/software.
- Experience within or deep knowledge of SaaS.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- A proactive and customerfirst mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to multitask stay organized and manage time effectively.
- A teamplayer attitude with a willingness to learn from other colleagues.
- Problemsolving skills and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work 4 days a week onsite in Acqueons Dallas office.
