Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a System Management Specialist:
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain internal systems and servers in a secure stable and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with audit and security standards for system configurations.
- Coordinate with vendors for system licensing and hardware maintenance renewals.
- Handle system troubleshooting recovery actions and root cause analysis.
- Address daytoday user support issues (server network PC user accounts).
- Prepare and maintain system documentation such as runbooks inventories and ID management lists.
- Collect and report access logs and system performance logs monthly.
- Identify and recommend improvements for system stability and performance.
- Analyse functional requirements and implement system changes based on established guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure alignment between system configuration and design standards.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation and ensure records are uptodate.
- Communicate effectively within the team and across departments.
- Escalate technical issues appropriately and follow up with resolution plans.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT operations and maintenance especially in the banking or finance sector.
- Proven experience in managing and building Windows server systems (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint Teams Forms OneDrive).
- Handson experience with infrastructure tools (e.g. backup solutions monitoring systems antivirus job schedulers).
- Familiar with network configurations (ACL firewall rules).
- Tier3 level IT support knowledge (root cause analysis advanced troubleshooting).
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 8500 AWS VB (1 2 Months)
- Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work Monday to Friday 9am 6pm
