About the Job:

The Business Development Executive drives growth in our clients Managed Services division by securing new business managing the full sales cycle and building strong client relationships. This fastpaced role demands a proactive targetdriven individual with a flair for IT sales and negotiation.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue by achieving aggressive sales targets and KPIs
  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling networking and outreach
  • Conduct client meetings sales presentations and product demos
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals efficiently
  • Build and nurture longterm client relationships
  • Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities to boost revenue
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report progress
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute strategic growth initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience ideally in IT services or managed services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Experience managing full sales cycles from lead generation to closing
  • Goaloriented proactive and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment
