About the Job:
The Business Development Executive drives growth in our clients Managed Services division by securing new business managing the full sales cycle and building strong client relationships. This fastpaced role demands a proactive targetdriven individual with a flair for IT sales and negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue by achieving aggressive sales targets and KPIs
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling networking and outreach
- Conduct client meetings sales presentations and product demos
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals efficiently
- Build and nurture longterm client relationships
- Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities to boost revenue
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report progress
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute strategic growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience ideally in IT services or managed services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Experience managing full sales cycles from lead generation to closing
- Goaloriented proactive and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment
