The Role of Showroom Manager
Were recruiting for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead a wellestablished bathroom showroom. This is a handson role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience overseeing daily operations and driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daytoday showroom operations
- Providing expert advice and support to customers throughout their buying journey
- Maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation and cleanliness
- Processing customer quotes orders and managing stock levels
- Leading motivating and developing a small showroom team
- Working to sales targets and KPIs to drive showroom performance
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal departments for smooth project delivery
- Handling customer queries and resolving any issues with professionalism
- Ensuring excellent administrative accuracy and attention to detail

Were looking for a confident and customerfocused Showroom Manager who can demonstrate:
- Experience managing or supervising a showroom or retail environment (bathroom or interiors preferred)

- Ability to build strong lasting customer relationships
- Experience supporting customers through product selection and the design journey
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Confidence in handling quotes orders and showroom systems

- 8000 bonus potential based on showroom performance
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
