Join our team asa Merchandise Manager Central Markets OUTLETS (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.
The position is limited to 15 years due to a parental leave replacement.
What you can expect:
- Countryspecific tracking across all brands involves responsibility for increasing sales and productivity as well as inventory control.
- Managing the retail spaces and merchandise control of outlets within the central European markets.
- Supporting in managing the junior members of the team and developing their skill set.
- Organizing and stocking sales areas and monitoring deliveries.
- Analyzing the performance of merchandise on sales floors and developing measures to increase productivity.
- Building and analyzing reports along with their continuous optimization is essential.
- Planning and controlling markdown phases and returns management are part of the responsibilities as is consolidating merchandise for interstore transfers.
- Close collaboration with the central planning and purchasing organization is necessary to ensure marketappropriate budget planning and assortment design.
- Acting as the point of contact for the central markets on all merchandiserelated topics is crucial.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration Textile Management or a comparable qualification
- Several years (at least 5years) of relevant professional experience in a similar role (merchandise management merchandise control merchandise planning etc.)
- Excellent conceptual analytical and communication skills
- Proactive and independent work teamwork and strong customer orientation
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) and SAP
- Excellent English language skills
