Position Overview Fully Remote
We are seeking a motivated and goaloriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for proactively identifying engaging and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound outreach efforts. As the first point of contact with prospective customers you will play a critical role in generating interest and setting the foundation for future sales success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct highvolume outbound prospecting via email phone calls LinkedIn and other channels to generate new business leads.
- Research and identify key decisionmakers within target accounts.
- Craft personalized outreach strategies to initiate conversations with potential clients.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on company criteria and set up meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of prospect interactions and activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outbound activity qualified leads and meetings booked.
- Provide feedback from prospects and market insights to help refine sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- 4 years of outbound sales lead generation or business development experience (SaaS tech or B2B experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skillsboth verbal and writtenwith the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g. Outreach Salesloft Apollo).
- Selfstarter mentality with a strong work ethic curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Resilient and adaptable; able to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
