Position Description
As a key member of Panis sales team you will focus on growing our customer base by selling our AI-powered SaaS platform to industrial and municipal water treatment facilities. This role is ideal for someone with a background in engineering (chemical preferred) who can bridge the gap between technical understanding and commercial execution. You will own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closeand play a key role in scaling Panis presence across global markets.

What you bring to the team
Degree in Engineering (chemical preferred)
25 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or technical solution selling
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to operators engineers and executives
Proven track record of building pipelines and closing deals
Proficiency with CRM software ideally HubSpot
Strategic thinking with strong initiative organization and follow-through
Active team player and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team
Responsibilities
Sales Cycle Management:
Own and manage full sales engagements from discovery through demo proposal and close
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and regularly forecast revenue and performance
Build customized presentations and proposals that align technical value with operational and business goals
Customer Engagement:
Engage municipal and industrial water facility decision-makers with tailored solutions
Translate complex platform capabilities into real-world customer benefits
Establish strong trust with plant operators engineers and executives
Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing Customer Success and Product teams to ensure alignment across the sales funnel
Provide feedback to Product and Engineering based on customer needs and conversation
Sales Tools & Reporting:
Use HubSpot to maintain pipeline data and track activities
Monitor and report on key sales metrics (e.g. ARR growth conversion rates sales velocity)
