Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for ELV and hospital communication systems.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in public (JKR KKM) and private hospitals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including hospital management consultants contractors and government agencies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing including tender participation and contract negotiation.
- Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor s Degree in Engineering Business Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in ELV systems hospital solutions or related industries.
- Proven track record with JKR KKM and hospital projects (public and private sector).
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and government tendering.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated results-oriented and able to work independently.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
