We are looking for a CTP Claims Support Officer to join our Claims Operations team in Brisbane to provide administrative assistance and support functions in relation to mail and document management processes for all CTP & PI Insurance teams.

This role is a fulltime 12month contract opportunity based in Brisbane.

What youll do

  • Process and manage incoming mail including scanning indexing distributing archiving and handling returntosender items and unidentified mail.
  • Understand and analyse various CTP & PI l Insurance documents to ensure accurate classification and allocation.
  • Prepare proof and dispatch outbound correspondence supporting claim lodgement and ongoing management.
  • Coordinate the handling of sensitive claim information such as requesting receiving dispatching and disclosing documents (e.g. medical records).
  • Undertake audits reviews and general administrative tasks as required by leadership.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture maintaining personal performance data and supporting colleagues and the wider Commercial Insurance team.
  • Engage in continuous improvement including training coaching process enhancement and stepping in to assist other work areas when needed.

  • Proficient in computer and data skills including Microsoft Office and internal systems with the ability to research analyse and process information effectively.

  • Teamwork and selfdevelopment contributing to a collaborative environment while actively seeking feedback and growth opportunities.
