Job Description
- Build and maintain customer relationships via outbound calls as directed by the Sales Manager
- Compile and submit reports as required
- Achieve monthly sales targets and budgets
- Perform daily financial reconciliations aligned with the cash book
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide prompt assistance
- Support External Sales Representatives with administrative and salesrelated tasks
- Accurately invoice all incoming orders
- Coordinate with Debtors to ensure credit notes are processed correctly
- Oversee delivery schedules and vehicle timing
- Invoice all warranty job cards where parts have been used
- Overtime work may be required as needed
- Previous sales experience is essential
- Own transport required
- Proficient in computer use; Pastel Accounting / Sage knowledge is an advantage
- A true team player willing to support colleagues during leave or absence
- Capable of dealing with highpressure environments and demanding individuals
- Strong planning diligence and proactive thinking skills
- Comfortable working in an industrial setting
- Afrikaans communication skills (verbal and written) are an advantage
- Must reside in Pinetown / Westville / Upper Highway / Queensburgh area
