David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Polish speaking Customer Support Specialist for their Lisbon offices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle sensitive and classified information with a focus on confidentiality.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining high efficiency and quality of work under pressure.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail understanding that even minor aspects can have significant impact.
- Make decisions and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Actively solve problems and deliver customercentric solutions.

- Flexibly manage workload and adjust to varying order volumes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/Fluent level Polish both oral and written as well as fluency in English (at least B2 level).
- Ability to work in a highly sensitive confidential environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proven ability to make decisions and work autonomously.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a customerfocused approach.
- Enthusiasm for tracking and improving both individual and team performance metrics.
- Familiarity with SAP and backoffice operations is an advantage (training can be provided).
