Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am 12 pm (Reno NV PST)

Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours

As a Full Sales Cycle BDR you ll drive business growth by connecting with healthcare decisionmakers using cuttingedge sales tools. You ll manage your own pipeline work with a supportive leadership team and enjoy clear growth opportunities and performancebased incentives.


Responsibilities
  • Execute comprehensive sales strategies using LinkedIn Navigator and other social platforms to identify and connect with key decisionmakers.

  • Develop and implement personalized cold email campaigns using AIpowered tools to create compelling outreach sequences.

  • Conduct professional outbound calls to warm leads demonstrating strong consultative selling skills.

  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline through Pipedrive CRM ensuring accurate tracking and followup.

  • Create and maintain detailed activity logs and progress reports using project management tools.

  • Generate qualified leads for our innovative SaaS platform within the home care industry.

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

  • Utilize AI tools to enhance messaging and increase response rates.


Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fullcycle B2B sales preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Navigator CRM systems and cold email platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining clear communication with the team.

  • Experience with AIpowered sales tools and modern sales technologies.

  • Professional presence and a positive attitude toward handling rejection.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting on sales metrics.
