Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR you will be the first point of contact for potential clients responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls emails and social media to engage prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
Preferred Experience:
- 1-2 years in a sales or customer service role.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
