Partner Construction Litigation Tampa FL InOffice Florida Bar Admission Required

A leading Floridabased law firm is actively seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Partner to join its thriving Tampa office. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a team of BoardCertified Construction attorneys on highstakes complex construction disputes representing a broad range of industry clients.

What Were Looking For

  • 812 years of dedicated experience in construction law and litigation

  • Proven ability to independently manage a complex caseload including depositions hearings and client strategy

  • Strong academic credentials and exceptional litigation and writing skills

  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

  • Demonstrated courtroom confidence and clientfacing communication skills

  • Portable business is highly preferred but not required

  • Must be comfortable working inoffice in a highly collaborative environment
