Job Description
SECOND SHIFT
School Year Hours: MF 2:30 PM 11:00 PM
Summer Hours: MF 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
Occasional weekend hours in the summer

According to the Custodial Salary Scale
Job Responsibilities:
- The Building Custodian is generally responsible for the achievement of the purposes of custodian services in the building i.e. preserve property values protect health and safety of occupants; support the educational objectives of the building and provide a climate of learning develop goodwill and maintain cleanliness and neatness
- Grounds upkeep snow removal
- Perform all other general duties as indicated by the Principal directives of the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee the Custodial Supervisor or his/her designee and policies of the Marlborough School Committee
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferrred but not required.
- Physical and mental capabilities to perform above work
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent of Schools may find appropriate and acceptable.
- Ability to understand spoken and written English.
