Job Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Element451 you will be responsible for driving pipeline growth by identifying engaging and qualifying potential customers through strategic outbound prospecting. Reporting to the BDR Manager you will leverage metricsdriven outreach sales technology and structured coaching to generate highquality leads and set up opportunities for the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly selfmotivated thrives in a goaloriented environment and is eager to learn and grow in a SaaS sales career.

What youll do:

  • Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound channels including cold calling email outreach LinkedIn and social selling.
  • Qualify and nurture leads conducting discovery conversations to assess prospect needs pain points and fit for Element451s solutions.
  • Schedule and book qualified meetings for the sales team clearly articulating value propositions and overcoming objections.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (outreach volume response rates conversion rates meetings booked) to improve effectiveness.
  • Leverage datadriven prospecting strategies applying outbound frameworks and modern sales methodologies to drive engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and track performance in HubSpot CRM ensuring visibility into pipeline activity and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine lead generation tactics and improve overall pipeline efficiency.
  • Continuously learn and adapt taking advantage of sales coaching training and feedback to refine skills and increase performance.

What Youll Bring:

  • 1 year of experience in a BDR/SDR role with a track record of exceeding lead generation and meetingsetting targets.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to succeed with a strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve goals.
  • A metricsfocused mindset with experience tracking and improving key sales KPIs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messaging and engage prospects effectively.
  • Proficiency in outbound prospecting techniques including cold calling multithreaded outreach and social selling.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar sales enablement tools to manage lead activity and measure performance.
  • A passion for continuous learning and development with the ability to take coaching and apply feedback to improve results.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced highgrowth SaaS environment adapting quickly to changing strategies and market conditions.
