As a Manager Project Manager at Capital One you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company. You will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one working with key stakeholders across the company. Responsibilities:

• Leading large complex multidisciplinary projects from start to finish by providing strategic direction to senior leaders and peers

• Quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment

• Operate effectively in whitespace to deliver results

• Design develop and manage project plans RAID trackers and project artifacts revising needs to meet changing requirements

• Problem solve and influence to deliver on project plans and product releases

• Partner crossfunctionally with project stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery

• Communicate efficiently and with excellent judgment to senior executives and diverse groups throughout the organization to manage inform and influence outcomes

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or Military experience

• At least 7 years of Process Project Program Management experience or a combination

• At least 5 years of experience managing crossfunctional or crossteam projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of Process Project Program Management experience or a combination

• PMP Lean Agile Six Sigma certification or a combination

• Ability to work in changing environment and manage multiple projects

The minimum and maximum fulltime annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
