Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Administrator to lead the configuration optimisation and integration of our CRM system ensuring it supports our marketing sales and customer success teams to support them in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What Youll Do:
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot CRM
- Customise and configure HubSpot properties workflows pipelines and other system components to meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using and HubSpots APIs
- Monitor data quality conduct regular audits and implement improvements to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Collaborate with marketing sales and client success teams to optimise the CRM to support lead management reporting and campaign tracking
- Manage user roles permissions and security settings within HubSpot
- Own thirdparty CPQ relationship and processes
- Proven experience administering HubSpot CRM
- Proficiency in JavaScript and
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture data structures and relational databases
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Understanding of sales and marketing operations
- A base salary ofand bonusdepending on experience
