You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailIn your role as Senior CRM Manager you will take end-to-end ownership of a specific high-value customer lifecycle segment. Your strategic initiatives will be directly connected to key business metrics including customer base growth churn reduction increased repeat purchase rates and revenue uplift from reactivation efforts.
Youll also manage a significant 5-digit monthly budget with autonomy deploying resources strategically to drive success. Together with Product Marketing Tech and Customer Insights teams you will work to create seamless customer journeys ensuring your insights and recommendations directly inform broader product development and marketing initiatives.
In this journey you will partner closely with C-level stakeholders and leadership from Local Marketing Growth Creative Data Commercial and Engineering.
This role requires a deep understanding of CRM tools (ex. Segment Braze Iterable Salesforce) data analysis (comfortable with SQL GSheets BigQuery and Looker are a big plus) technical infrastructure (ex. webhooks APIs HTML email & in-app templates) and customer behavior (retail e-commerce or experience working with subscriptions are a big plus).
