Now Hiring: Onsite/Staffing Coordinator in Azusa CA Apply Now!


The Onsite/Staffing Coordinator will recruit screen and evaluate qualified job candidates over the phone for our open positions based on our clients needs. This role involves onsite presence at client locations overseeing employees ensuring a safe work environment and maintaining clear communication with client management for excellent customer service. Flexibility in schedule and availability to employees and client management are crucial. Regular commuting to different site locations is required.


Pay Rate: $19/hr.

Schedule: 1st Shift (times may vary)

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Must have a valid drivers license


Essential Functions:

  • Consulting with clients to understand their hiring and staffing needs thoroughly.
  • Recruiting for open positions using creative sourcing strategies such as online social networking job boards community involvement and local media.
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications through behavioral interviews and competencybased evaluations.
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service sales and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and teamplayer mentality with a strong work ethic.
  • Managing attendance and punctuality for all onsite employees.
  • Leading and managing onsite employees with professionalism.
  • Prioritizing tasks meeting timelines and deadlines.
  • Handling workers compensation and injury events closely.
  • Conducting preshift safety meetings and safety walks.
  • Managing timekeeping programs and processing payroll.
  • Maintaining updated employee databases.
  • Issuing disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Completing daily weekly and monthly reports as required.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
