We are looking for a Business and Marketing Analyst to join a global medical technology company in Frankfurt Germany!
In this diverse and highimpact role you will support commercial business activities across Western Europe and CEM regions contributing directly to the planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives. This is a dynamic opportunity to engage with multiple stakeholders across marketing sales operations and finance.

What will you do
Coordinate adaptation of marketing tools in line with regional and EMEAI strategies.
Provide marketing support to Territory Managers and assist with customer materials.
Manage communications and logistics for regional events and congresses.
Organize internal training sessions webinars and team meetings.
Handle financial support functions including tax communication audits repayments and supplier invoice coordination.
Support the Corneal Health business line through sales administration meeting coordination and offer preparation.
Oversee elements of order processing and serve as a contact point for customer service escalations.
Assist in maintaining communication across departments to ensure timely resolutions and smooth operations.
Candidate profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support sales administration contracts or meeting planning.
Fluent in both German and French with professional proficiency in English.
Strong multitasking abilities with excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
Highly analytical and detailoriented; capable of managing deadlines in fastpaced settings.
Bachelors degree required; preferred background in science business or marketing.
