Areas to be handled: Andheri to Santacruz.

Timings: 9:30 to 6:30
Weekly off: Sunday or As per company requirement
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ownership
- Decision Making
- Result Oriented
- ATM Related Repair and maintenance (ESQ calls need to close within a time frame)
- ATM sites upkeep
- Repair and maintenance
- RMS activities uptime improvements
- RMS schedule skipped and no one updated
- All sites visits should be completed as per frequency.
- Avoid Banker escalations
- Avoid ICICI penalties calls
- Money spot RBI sites visit need to complete within a time frame.
- Indusind bank highlighted issues closed within a TAT.
- Indusind ATM night Visits required for signage glowing /not glowing status before 20thper Month
- 24*7 required on phone calls
- QC should be completed within 7days.
