About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and peoplefocused Client Success Trainee to join our growing team. In this entrylevel position you will receive handson training and mentorship to help you build the foundation for a longterm career in client support and relationship management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others is detailoriented and is eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Learn how to onboard new clients and ensure a positive experience from day one
Support clients with product or service questions and help resolve concerns
Communicate with clients via phone email and video meetings
Identify client needs and coordinate internally to deliver the right solutions
Track all client interactions and activity using company systems
Participate in ongoing training and development with the client success team
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional friendly and eager to provide excellent service
Organized with strong time management and followthrough
Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
Selfmotivated and coachable with a strong attention to detail
Customer service or office experience is helpful but not required
