What youll be doing:
Manage quotes order entry tracking and purchase coordination
Serve as the point of contact for clients across Asia and the U.S.
Work directly with a highly experienced and collaborative manager
Support both local and global teams to ensure service excellence
Contribute to building new processes and systems as the SG office grows
What were looking for:
5 years of experience in customer service or order management
Background in manufacturing industrial or B2B distribution environments (not retail)
Excellent attention to detail communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting
Flexibility to travel to the U.S. for onboarding
