Job Description

Our Global Social Media team is growing and we are looking for a Social Media and Content Specialist to join us on our journey!

As the Social Media & Content Specialist for Thailand you will play a critical role in shaping our brand presence in the Thai market. Your deep understanding of Thai sports culture entertainment and market trends combined with your expertise in content creation and social media management will drive engagement and growth across our digital platforms.
This role involves leading content initiatives managing social media channels and ensuring our messaging truly connects with Thai audiences.

Your daytoday

  • Lead the development and execution of a localized social media strategy across key platforms including but not limited to Facebook X (Twitter) Instagram TikTok LINE Telegram and othersfocused on enhancing engagement growing followers and boosting brand awareness.
  • Craft and implement a comprehensive content strategy for the Thai market including newsletters promotional materials and other long and shortform content.
  • Coordinate and schedule regular content updates promotions and platform activations to maintain a vibrant engaging and alwayson presence.
  • Proofread and qualitycheck Thailanguage content including onsite articles landing pages and promotional messaging to ensure accuracy tone and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the global content social & community teams to adapt and localize content with cultural relevance and brand alignment.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning bringing fresh locallyrelevant ideas to the table.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholdersincluding marketing product design and creative teamsto ensure campaign alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee endtoend campaign execution from concept and briefing to production publishing and postcampaign analysis.
  • Brief and manage the creation of multimedia content including shortform video static assets carousels reels and memestailored specifically for Thai audiences.
  • Partner with thirdparty creators influencers and agencies to expand brand reach ensure highquality content and deliver consistent messaging.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and creators to enhance brand visibility and local relevance.
  • Use datadriven insights to track analyze and optimize social and content performancecontinually identifying opportunities to improve.
  • Conduct market research to understand Thai consumer behaviour digital habits and platform trends using these insights to guide content and campaign direction.
  • Monitor competitor activity emerging trends and cultural moments to ensure content remains fresh differentiated and contextually relevant.

Your background and mindset

  • Proven experience (24 years) in social media or digital content creation ideally within the sports iGaming crypto or entertainment sectors.
  • Nativelevel fluency in Thai and strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated ability to create highperforming platformnative content for Thai social channels (Facebook LINE Instagram TikTok Telegram X etc.).
  • Strong copywriting editing and proofreading skills in Thai with excellent attention to detail and tone of voice.
  • Experience in creating briefing and managing multimedia content creationacross video static carousels GIFs and memes.
  • Confidence in working with influencers content creators and local agencies including vetting briefing and reviewing deliverables.
  • Basic design or editing capabilities and familiarity with tools like Canva Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut.
  • Dataliterate with the ability to extract insights from social analytics and performance tools (Sprout Social Meta Business Suite etc.) to refine strategy.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities timelines and brands simultaneously.
  • A creative thinker and trendwatcher who can translate key Thai cultural and sports moments into engaging brand content.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced international environment collaborating across time zones and departments.
