Purpose of the role:
As Restaurant Floor Manager youll lead frontofhouse operations to ensure smooth service high standards and exceptional guest experiencesworking closely with the Restaurant Manager and a dedicated team.
How you will contribute:
- Lead and support the daily operations of frontofhouse teams (servers hosts bartenders) for smooth and efficient service.
- Train mentor and motivate staff to uphold high standards in service and professionalism.
- Oversee the dining floor to ensure timely seating smooth coordination and guest satisfaction.
- Interact with guests handle special requests and resolve issues with care and efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely highquality service.
- Maintain frontofhouse readinesscleanliness setup inventory and supplies.
- Uphold all health safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with scheduling admin and performance feedback as needed.
- Act as a communication link between staff and management to foster teamwork.
- Always look for ways to improve guest experience and service flow.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality ideally in a highend restaurant.
- Strong ability to lead train and motivate frontofhouse teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Indepth knowledge of fine dining service including wine beverage pairing and refined service etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for smooth interaction with guests and teams.
- Organised detailoriented and comfortable multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
- Genuine passion for hospitality food and beverage with a focus on quality and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed. Opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 18:00.
- Valid Medical Certificate for food handlers.
- Minimum age: 21 years.
