WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

We are looking for you who are a skilled and self-driven person based in Portugal to support our team. This is a flexible opportunity suited for someone who can manage their own time and contribute effectively to ongoing projects.

Youll be joining a collaborative environment where your support will make a real difference. If youre adaptable proactive and enjoy working independently wed love to hear from you.

Heres the main elements of the role...

• Executethe already existent development strategy for Oatly Barista Editionwithin the countrys scene.
• Support the BMD Lead of South of Europe to increase penetration and selling rate in the Oatly universe while identifying prime opportunities for showcasing the brand in Portugal.
• Collaborate with the Brand Director of South Europe to execute a dynamic brand activation for Portugal.
• Cultivate robust relationships within Portugal diverse coffee community encompassing baristas caf owners and other relevant stakeholders winning them through your unique personality outstanding knowledge and strong credibility.
• Partner with the commercial team to drive brand activation in their respective channels.
• Champion Oatlys prominence by actively cultivating strategic partnerships with influential accounts.
• Map and provide relevant market informationabout Oatly and competition within the region such as universe number of venues using and not using Oatly main reasons of not using Oatly and monitoring it throughout time.
• Foster awareness of sustainabilitys impact on the coffee industry.
