Job Description
construction project engineer is responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the required standards. They act as a liaison between design and execution coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Project Planning and Management:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress identify potential issues and propose solutions.
Manage project documentation ensuring all relevant information is organized and readily available.
Prepare and manage project schedules including Gantt charts and other visual aids.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Technical Support and Coordination:
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team including architects engineers and construction workers.
Interpret technical specifications drawings and plans ensuring they are accurately implemented on site.
Coordinate with various departments such as design construction and quality control to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals ensuring timely responses and approvals.
Quality Control and Assurance:
Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections identifying and addressing any quality issues or discrepancies.
Manage quality control procedures including material testing and inspection protocols.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
Other Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets.
Manage project changes and variations ensuring they are properly documented and approved.
Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders including clients managers and other relevant parties.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
