Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement a curriculum that targets the physical social emotional and cognitive development of young children.
Create stimulating learning environments that support each childs growth and development.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and respect.
Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each childs learning and development journey.
Monitor and assess childrens progress and prepare progress reports.
Maintain accurate records of childrens attendance development and learning outcomes.
Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom and during outdoor activities.
Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings as required.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PrePrimary Teacher or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of child development theories and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience adaptability and a genuine love for children.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
