The Personal Assistant will provide highlevel administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules coordinating meetings and handling daily administrative tasks. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of the executive team and offer solutions that contribute to the smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives schedules appointments and travel arrangements
Organize and coordinate meetings and events ensuring all logistics are in place
Handle daily administrative tasks such as answering calls preparing reports and maintaining files
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in the preparation of presentations documents and reports
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing correspondence
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detailoriented and proactive in identifying needs and solving problems
A high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
