Job Description
Project Management
Ownership for complete tracking control and reporting of the projects.
Create and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders to proactively align and support the identification of possible cost optimization and/or other improvements.
Drive and coordinate efforts to provide transparency and insights into 3rd party spending.
Provide daily status of projects to OPS Manager.
Maintain regular communications with internal and external stakeholders incl. department heads to support import permit approvals.
Ensures proper documentation (manual guidelines agreements) is all organized and filed for easy access.
Ensure key supplier relationships are managed and the respective business partner properly monitors performance.
Participate in the identification and assessment of the impact of changing.
Qualifications :
Student / Bachelor in industrial engineering mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Excel Word and Power point skills.
Fluent English skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (Spanish and English).
Ability to prioritize multiple activities and focus efforts.
Profound analytical skills and creative problemsolving ability.
