Machine Repair

Responsibilities Include:
o Adhere to TS16949 work instructions
o Adhere to ISO14001 work instructions and training
o Read and follow all job related work instructions.
o Observe & follow all safety procedures and guidelines when performing work to avoid injury to self and other employees
o Rebuild of pneumatic cylinders and valves
o Rebuild of electric cylinders and valves
o Rebuild of hydraulic pumps cylinders and valves
o Responsible for maintenance (except electrical) on air compressors
o Maintain all wells water pumps and emission systems
o Trouble shoot and maintain ACS unit
o Handle all pipefitting as needed
o Ability to read blue prints schematic and hydraulic
o Maintain Robots/gas systems in flame hardening department
o Maintain and troubleshoot various equipment in the plant as needed for continuous operation
o Must have ability to complete rigging tasks
o Must be able to complete oxygen propane and natural gas change outs
o Must have basic computer skills for work order entry and completion
o Must be able to perform spill containment duties
o Must be able to obtain a forklift and/or manlift licenses from CWC safety department
o Provide own tools (personal hand tools)
o Knowledge of welding and automatic torch cutting and setting a plus
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Position Requirements:
- Candidate must have at a minimum a Journeyman Card or 6 years of practical maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Welding experience is a plus
