Job Summary
We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Planner.Join our Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in ensuring the effective and successful delivery of integrated Facilities Services for the contract. Reporting to the Engineering Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essentialservices.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
- Ensure the services are maintained in accordance with the appropriate Australian Standards Therapuetic Goods Assosciation (TGA) Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & the Client requirements.
- Work order lifecycle management-planning and execution.
- Reporting of non-conformance and development of corrective action plans.
- Execution and closure of compliance actions & ensure records are kept accurate and auditable manner.
- Ensure all works comply with Zero Harm and client side HSE GxP company requirements and applicable statutory standards.
What Youll Bring
- Bachelor degree in an IT or Engineering discipline or equiv. highly regarded but not essential / Asset Management Qualifications highly regarded.
- Extensive experience in a planning and scheduling position.
- Experience in the pharma industry (preferred) FMCG CGMP or a highly regulated environment.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining solid client relationships
- Excellent knowledge of general utilities (HVAC boilers compressed air chillers hydraulic process and electrical systems)
