POSITION SUMMARY
An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Agency Relations Administrative Coordinator to join a growing team within the insurance industry. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building positive relationships with agents policyholders and internal stakeholders. The right candidate will have strong organizational skills attention to detail and excellent communication abilities. This position reports directly to the Agency Relations Manager and works collaboratively with a supportive team. The organization also offers excellent benefits and a strong employeefocused culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to internal and external stakeholders

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from agents and policyholders

  • Collect and process paperwork for agent appointments (new or acquisitions)

  • Appoint new agents across multiple states and manage setup in internal systems

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and written communication

  • Maintain accurate agent files and update appointment tracking spreadsheets

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with agents and policyholders

  • Help identify challenges and assist in implementing effective solutions

  • Manage administrative access to agency systems

  • Assist with special projects as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES)

  • 5 years in an administrative customer service or similar role

    • 2 years of out of state agency setup experience
  • College degree preferred but not required

  • Experience in the insurance industry (workers compensation a plus)

  • Familiarity with multistate agency appointments

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Detailoriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
