Job Description
A privately held healthcare management firm is hiring a Business Development Representative to help grow its medical malpractice brokerage division.
Reporting directly to the companys President youll be trained in the insurance piece and given the tools to build a book of business from the ground up.
This role is ideal for a recent college graduate especially former Division I athletes who thrive in competitive performancedriven environments. Prior sales experience is a plus and exposure to healthcare is helpful but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $55000$65000 unlimited OTE

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new business opportunities within the medical community
- Serve as broker of record for carriers
- Manage fullcycle client relationships with physicians practice managers and healthcare groups
- Sell policies in both admitted and E&S markets
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership in a startupstyle environment
- Travel locally to client offices as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication drive and followthrough
- Sales experience preferred (any industry)
- Entrepreneurial spirit with longterm career ambitions
- Bachelors degree
