• Perform mold inspections containment setup and remediation following industry standards
  
  
• Remove affected building materials and clean/sanitize exposed surfaces
  
  
• Operate and monitor equipment such as air scrubbers negative air machines and dehumidifiers
  
  
• Maintain proper documentation including photos logs and remediation notes
  
  
• Follow safety guidelines including PPE usage HEPA vacuuming and controlled demolition practices
  
  
• Communicate with clients professionally and respectfully on-site
  
  
• Collaborate with team members and report progress to project leads or supervisors
  
  

• 1 year of hands-on experience in mold remediation or related restoration work
  
  
• Strong understanding of containment setup moisture control and proper disposal procedures
  
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined high-humidity or dusty environments
  
  
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  
  
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
  
  
• Must provide black protective toe work boots and black or dark-colored work pants
  
  
• Strong attention to detail punctuality and safety awareness
  
  

• IICRC AMRT certification (or willingness to obtain)
  
  
• Additional certifications such as WRT or OSHA 10/30
  
  
• Familiarity with moisture meters hygrometers and restoration software (e.g. DASH)
