Fulltime Medical Scheduler
Mobile Physician Services is seeking a fulltime MedicalClinical Scheduler to join our growing team of passionate medicalprofessionals inNew Port Richey FL. This is a hybrid position that will require working some days remotely and other days in the office after a minimum of 30 days inoffice training.
The perfect candidate will enjoy working in a supportive teamenvironment with exceptional administrative and organizational capabilities. Thisrole requires a basic understanding of patient care and attention to detailwhile managing confidential electronic medical records. Personableserviceoriented individuals are encouraged to apply!
The Medical Clinical Schedulers responsibilitiesinclude:
- Manage emessages andphone communication to schedule appointments
- Appointment schedulingand record management for multiple providers
- Verifying the accuracyof patient information and the purpose of the visit
- Coordinating and schedulingurgent and sameday patient visits
- Respond to patient andcaregiver scheduling questions promptly
- Assisting providers withefficient routes between patient visits
- Maintain HIPPA confidentiality and data safekeeping

Our team provides Primary Care Wound ManagementPodiatry Pain Management Palliative Care Psychiatric Care and Optometry toindividuals who would otherwise not be able to receive care. Our providersvisit the patients in their homes in over 23 counties within the state ofFlorida and the Dayton OH area.
