Main responsibilities
- Manage the monthly financial closing process for the KDN Function
- Review and ensure accuracy of income statements balance sheets and related items
- Support the business in preparing monthly accruals
- Work with finance teams and service providers to ensure compliance with accounting policies and correct financial coding
- Assist with financial analysis and inputs for consolidation
- Review cost allocations to ensure they match service agreements
- Help improve finance systems and reporting tools
- Assist in preparing financial statements and documents for audits
- Participate in internal and external audits for KDN entities
- Support indirect and direct tax teams with information for corporate direct/indirect tax filing
- Make sure invoice and purchase order processes follow company policies
- Check invoice coding and approve payments
- Provide or review financial info for project managers
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in finance or accoungint or business
- 34 years of financial and management accounting experience
- Understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
- Fluency in English written and verbal
- Advanced Excel skills
- Finance and accounting major or certified accountant candidate is an advantage
- Selfmotivated and proven ability to manage to deadlines
- Committed to delivering results with the ability to work with minimal direction
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
- Manages conflicting demands and priorities
- Understanding the businesses current needs and future aspirations
