About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a People Business Partner who will play a crucial role in aligning people and business objectives with key stakeholders and employees at foodpanda. In this role you will provide expert HR guidance and counsel to management across a wide range of HR disciplines including organizational effectiveness employee relations performance management career development compensation and workforce planning.
You will work closely with other functions to plan manage and implement the people agenda and programs including workforce planning culture engagement initiatives and succession planning.
Responsibilities:
Drive and implement people strategies aligned with business goals for the assigned vertical.
Provide expert HR guidance on employee and labor relations performance management and succession planning.
Collaborate with leadership and teams to improve organizational effectiveness employee engagement and talent retention.
Analyze trends and workforce data to inform decisions and support organizational growth and change.
Ensure HR policies are in line with labor laws and organizational goals while providing guidance on HR best practices.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in people/business partnering preferably in tech ecommerce shared services or outsourcing
Strong experience in employee relations performance management and organizational development
Expertise in total rewards employee engagement and stakeholder management
Indepth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices
High competency in data analytics including attrition and engagement metrics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in an agile fastpaced and changing environment
Strong problemsolving critical thinking and team collaboration skills
