We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Consultant who has performed extensive handson/development in Service Cloud.
- Propose and develop solutions within Service Cloud and platform to meet requirements.
- Develop and maintain Lightning applications using up to date Salesforce technologies.
- Building custom solutions using configuration and customization to solve business challenges.
- Selfstarter proactive and willing to work and contribute to a dynamic environment.
- Work collaboratively across cross functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Able to manage and align stakeholders and provide thought leadership wherever needed.
- Driving consultative conversations and put ideas around service cloud features and business process.
- Adherence to coding standards for all deliveries.
Qualifications :
- Extensive exposure on Service cloud including features such as Omnichannel.
- Experience working on entitlement process including customizations on the same.
- Proficiency with LWC Visualforce SOQL SOSL and MySQL.
- Comfortable with IDEs such as VS Code Sublime Eclipse as well as APEX Data loader and IDE.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology and continuous deployment tools such as GitHub.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript CSS HTML5 XML JavaScript JSON and/or Ajax.
- Recent experience of using dev ops tools and CI/CD processes such as AutoRABIT.
- Proficiency with modern IDEs (VSCode) and SCM tools (Git SVN).
- Proficiency with relational databases data modeling DB schema and SQL.
- A creative mindset to apply innovative approaches to software design.
