We are looking for a talented leader and experienced product marketer to lead the IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) product and solutions marketing team.
Reporting directly to the GVPProduct and Solutions Marketing Technology Workflows this leader will help spearhead our largest and most strategic product and solutions offerings. We are looking for someone who excels at core product marketing skills (strategy positioning messaging sales enablement and GTM) but also brings a CMO mindset by focusing on a solutionsbased approach spanning multiple Business Units (BUs) and products. Key responsibilities include crafting impactful messaging designing impactful campaigns defining our web and event presence as well as development of differentiating thought leadership. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the marketplace and the challenges and outcomes that CIOs and CTOs are striving for. You must be able to bridge the Clevel needs to the different buying personas that span multiple departments.
You will partner closely with global marketing product management sales solution consulting and our ecosystem to position ServiceNow as the leader across multiple product categories generate and accelerate pipeline and increase adoption. Define our IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) GTM strategy and product marketing execution.
Deliver competitively differentiated messaging and audience activation deeply grounded in business relevance.
Act as a thought leader evangelist and spokesperson at events with customers analysts and press.
Drive internal alignment with extended product and solution marketing teams.
Deliver strategic assets such as demos marketing videos and web content.
Cultivate a broad set of customer stories across industries use cases and geographies to highlight the value customers are achieving.
Build deep relationships with customers at leading companies.
Lead and develop a worldclass team of product and solution marketers.
Qualifications :
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
Bachelors degree MBA preferred.
10 years of product management product marketing or general marketing experience with at least 5 years of experience in B2B customer service technologies.
Strong ability to inspire and coach with a proven record of accomplishment of hiring managing and leading highperformance teams.
Resultsdriven and comfortable with both the analytical and creative sides of marketing
Extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to go from executive level guidance to handson executor as needed.
Demonstrated ability to work across functions within and outside of Marketing building relationships to drive results.
Natural understanding of needs of IT Workflows customers across multiple types of organizations and industry verticals.
Up to 25% travel to support sales efforts and industry events as global health situations permit.
For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $225000 $405000 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
