Job Description

Brilliant opportunity for a fractional Product Marketing Lead to launch a new legal technology platform to market in Australia. This role can be Fractional full or part time and is Sydney based working remotely.

Were working with an amazing legal technology firm with a unique USP to take to the Australian market. Already established in the UK theyre a fast-growing B2B AI-enhanced SaaS platform for law firms with a bold mission to verify their clients make payments easy and ensure everyone has access to the law.

This is a time sensitive role to launch the solution to market. Youll conduct customer research and competitor analysis make informed recommendations from your insights shape product messaging and ensure that internal teams are aligned with market demands. This is a crucial role facilitating effective marketing strategies that drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. Your work will ensure the positioning and messaging resonates with target audiences law firms.

Youll develop materials and strategies that effectively communicate the products value and focus on the launch to ensure a cohesive a compelling go-to-market strategy. Your work will directly influence our clients ability to attract and retain customers ultimately contributing to its growth and success.

About the Role:

  • Planning and conducting industry research and customer interviews
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the market customers and buyers
  • Educating internal teams about our customers and their challenges
  • Enabling the Sales team with tools to communicate product value
  • Collaborating with the Creative team on sales and marketing assets
  • Managing launch campaign to deadline.

About You:

  • Proven experience in Product Marketing for legal technology
  • Experience with user research and conducting interviews
  • Involvement in product or feature launches in a legal tech environment
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills
  • Experience in a high-growth company with a focus on execution
