Lets know about JOB Role:

If you choose to join us your key responsibilities will be

Strong HandsOn experience on the following technologies but not limited to

    • Microsoft O365 One drive Mail client issue.
    • Active Directory & Azure AD
    • Virtualization & Hosting (VMware Hypervisor).
    • DNS/DHCP management.
    • Antivirus Crowdstrike & MS Defender.
    • Forcepoint DLP.
    • VPN Solutions Cisco Secure Client & CISCO Check point.
    • DRM SFTP & FTP solutions.
    • Microsoft security InTunes MDM solutions etc.
    • AZURE portal.
    • Meraki dashboard to manage the SDWAN WiFi and Switches.

 

  • Experience in Infrastructure Solution designing.
  • Follows and deploys core Infrastructure policies Maintain SLA and defines drives best practice standards.
  • Driving and following companys Quality & Metrics standards
  • Excellent understanding of networking basics/TCP/IP.
  • Planning and executing large projects like office wide hardware and/or software upgrades replacing network equipment migrations to new servers and special software install.
  • Must have outstanding diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Develop Server infrastructure processes procedures and plans to support future growth as well as ensure reliability scalability performance and security.
  • Deep understanding of
    • Cloud computing technologies (IAAS PAAS SAAS)
    • Microsoft O365
    • SCCM Web server for OS deploy Software distribution inventory etc.
    • IT security threads and variabilities
    • Jira ticketing tool
  • Handson technical expertise direct oversight problemsolving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure implementation system upgrades and operational troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate
    • Latest technologies
    • conduct various PoCs
    • make business cases for best practices
    • technologies intercompatibility
  • Define and own SLAs and monitoring for all IT infrastructure including servers databases storage cloud instances backups.
  • Negotiate with vendors outsourcers and contractors to secure and manage infrastructurerelated products and services.
  • Knowledge for BCM disaster recovery plans and conduct testing to detect faults minimize malfunctions and ensure backup systems are effective.
  • Working with Security and Audit/compliance team to maintain a secure & compliant IT environment and adhering to IT security policies.
  • Participate the regular internal & external audits.
  • Should be able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required.
  • Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager.
  • Plan and schedule Changes Coordinating with different stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in information technology or computer science.
  • Professional certifications MSCE VCP GCP AZURE CCNA etc.
  • 8 years in IT Infrastructure & support role.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • At least 6 years of End user applications support experience in a professional services environment.
  • Strong customer service focus and experience.
  • Project management /Implementation skills.
  • Strong experience in managing O365 designing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure platform or GCP(VMs VNET VPN Gateways and WiFi Route).
  • Experience in Migration of various on prem Infrastructure and IT services on Cloud (IAAS PAAS SAAS).
  • Cloud Identity management Integration of new applications into the cloud.
  • Ability to lead and develop technical talent (performance management coaching mentoring).
  • Strong understanding of VMware Hypervisor Clustering etc.
  • Ability to evaluate and leverage technology industry and competitive knowledge to apply the most current and appropriate ideas in a forwardlooking manner to support the business.
  • Deliver results in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment that requires ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven knowledge of security and compliance and Audits.
  • Proven knowledge of systems monitoring tools (both on prem and cloud).
  • Experience with Networking application development configuration and deployment is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills.
