RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process incoming orders for new installation including provisioning service scheduling with the customer and completing the billing for services rendered.
Complete change of service requests (open service orders and make changes to accounts).
Other Admin duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Complete all assigned Scheduling Calls Surveys Reminder Calls and LandlordCalls
Storefront inperson customer service coverage when needed. This will include taking payments answering questions scheduling appointments and other tasks required to assist our walkin customers.
Provide an excellent customer experience!
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
1 Year(s) of previous customer service experience preferably over the phone.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Service excellence mindset
Firm and energetic belief in providing exceptional customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and nontechnical clients
Working knowledge of data processing hardware platforms and enterprise software applications.
Knowledge of information technology and tools utilized to monitor and manage IT assets
Proficiency in using software applications databases and word processing is required
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills including creating charts/graphics
Process reengineering and improvement
Strong organization and prioritizing skills
Proactive thinking and execution abilities
Results oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities
REQUIREMENTS:
This position is 100% in office
Mandatory training for 68 weeks is required scheduled from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm local time starting from the specified date.
Our customer service line operates seven days a week. While you will receive a designated schedule within our service line hours we do ask for flexibility which may include occasional overtime opportunities.
