Dispatcher
Location: Amman – Abdoun
Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Salary Range: 350 JOD – 750 JOD/month (performance-based increases available)
Age Range: 18 – 29
Kayan Ventures is seeking a driven and reliable Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth coordination of operations through effective communication and real-time problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate incoming service requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and field teams
- Monitor ongoing jobs and provide updates or support as needed
- Accurately log and track dispatch activity
- Handle unexpected issues or delays with calmness and adaptability
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain organized and focused under pressure
- Willingness to work evening and night shifts
- Tech-savvy with basic computer and CRM skills (preferred)
